This is the most cost-effective, flexible and easy-to-administer way to acquire software and services in the Microsoft cloud. There are several volume-licensing plans adapted to your needs.

Open License (OPEN)

Open License (OPEN)

This is a basic licensing program and is permanent, with the exception of Office 365, and offers the option of adding Software Assurance. A wide range of Microsoft products and services is available, for example the Windows and Windows Server operating systems and solutions with specific applications, such as Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Server and Project Server.

Open Value (OVL)

Three annuities that includes Software Assurance and allows you to pay in three annual installments. Licenses are made permanent upon finalization of the contract.

Open Value Subscription (OVS)

Open Value Subscription (OVS)

These licenses follow the subscription model. They are not permanent, but the number of licenses may be increased or reduced in order to adapt to changes in the enterprise or business.

School

Microsoft Schools Agreement (Open Value Subscription for education solution – OVS-ES)

Electronic licensing for educational institutions with as few as five employees up to groups of several institutions.
